FAQ by Consultants
1.Does it cost anything to join the network?
There is no cost to the consultant. It is free to join and we keep your information on file indefinitely.
2. If I would like to consult full time will you always have work for me?
We do not guarantee permanent consulting positions. As clients request services, consultants who have the time and experience are contacted to inquire if they have an interest in pursuing a contract.
3. Am I considered an employee?
No. You are an independent, sub-contracting consultant. You are your own business person. You are responsible for your own taxes, licenses, insurances, liability, medical, disability, unemployment benefits, etc. A client has the right to require additional validations. Innoculations, free of communicable disease verification, criminal background check, competency checks, etc. are a few validations that are frequently required to be supplied by the consultant. A new contract is made for each new client for which you would provide consultation.
